I had built MEG, Miles Equine Gizmo about 4 1/2 years ago, sort of out of desperation. After having practiced Equine veterinary medicine for 25 years, I wanted to develop a device to place client's horses in so that certain procedures could be performed more efficiently and safely, not only for the client and their horse but for the veterinarian also.
