**MOLI.com Comedy Contest Winner 2008**

Congratulations to Dave Williamson on 'Winning the Moli.com Comedy Contest' at the Palm Beach Improv on Feb 12th. He rocked the show from start to finish! Dave ’s skits "I just bought a gun" & "On Star" were crowd favorites and kept the audience asking for more.

Dave just became a father this year and with all of his new bills there was no way he was leaving the stage with a second place performance.   Dave has worked his way up from the bottom and has clearly made a stamp on the South Florida Comedy Scene. Be on the look out for his upcoming performances here at the World Famous Palm Beach Improv!

STAND-UP COMEDY CONTEST

You must submit a 3 to 5 minute video clip of your own, original stand up comedy routine
2) 1 gig or less total file size
3) Entries must be completed by December 7th 2007,
4) Judging: There are two criteria for Judging
• The comedy clip with the most positive comments made on the clip at www.moli.com/improv
• The Improv and MOLI will evaluate content, originality and down right humor.

How do I submit my video?
1) Join MOLI and create a profile about you and your comedy.
2) Add a Media Album by going to the Tools and Content button on left side of the page.
3) Upload your comedy clip to the media album as a MOV, WMV, FLV, AVI, MPEG1 or MPEG
4 (1 gig or less)
5) Once your clip is uploaded, send a mail to the Imrov letting them know your video clip is ready. You can do this by going to the Improv profile and clicking on the send mail icon in the left hand navigation menu
6) Please place the name of your MOLI profile in the subject line. (Your profile name appears in the upper left corner under the MOLI logo)
7) You will receive a email back with the link to send to your friends so they can vote on your entry. If you have not received the confirmation email in 48 hrs then please let us know with an email to the above address. Remember....The voting must be on the moli.com/Improv- contest page

What is the Prize?
The top 3 will get a chance to come to South Florida to and present your act live at the Improv. The winner will then we be chosen on overall performance chosen by audience response and a judge from the Improv. The winner of this will receive a $500.00 cash prize.

How Do Voters Comment? All comedy clips will be in the VOTE HERE profile at www.moli.com/improv. Note: you must be 18 or older to participate.

The Improv Comedy Club proudly features the nation's hottest stand up comics. Founded by Bud Friedman in the mid 60's in New York City, The Improv became a unique venue where up and coming comics could perfect their craft. Today the Improv continues to feature the hottest stand up comics. Our roster has included such stars as Tim Allen, Robin Williams, Steve Martin, Jerry Seinfeld, Garry Shandling, Roseanne, Steven Wright, Dennis Miller, Rodney Dangerfield, Lilly Tomlin, Ellen Degeneres, Drew Carey and Jim Carey.
