We have a combined record of over 40 years of search experience. The overall majority of this time has been spent working at the partnership level with the largest global retainer search firms. Our mission in establishing Nick Pierce & Associates was to combine the knowledge that we gained from that experience and blend it into a boutique model offering "big company experience but with a highly personalized touch where the client means everything."
During our careers, we migrated to a specialization of representing top Transaction Processing corporate leaders. However, we also have worked on a special request basis with a broader range of industries as our clients sometimes switch sectors and continue to request our services.
We believe that there are significant advantages to our model -- advantages that impact the outcome of a search and allow for seamless execution.
