Soul-fit
The drive to become fit originates in the soul. Becoming fit comes easier when the desire lives within. Its hard to get into shape (and stay in shape) if your only goal is to win a bikini contest or look fabulous for your next photo shoot.
The Struggle
Staying fit is a struggle. Some individuals conquer their start-off, staying strict with meals and exercise regimen, but then easily are defeated when they reach their goal weight. They simply stop (the most regretful move you can make.)
The Goal
Living and staying fit is a lifestyle, not just a seasonal sport. You see the athletes who train all year for one race, a series of games. You also see the athletes that DONT train all year, but only train a few weeks before its time to show their strengths. Who do you think performs better? Clearly the answer is the more constant athlete, who dedicates their life to their goal; their goal never leaves their mind; it stays with them, lives with them, and nudges them when they seem to fall by the way side.

If you're having second thoughts about a comment that you've left, you'll always be able to delete it by going to the comment and pressing the delete button. If someone has left a comment on any of your profiles, tools, or media that you don't like, you can delete that, too.
