    i ordered this book in the beginning of april through this site and i have yet to recieve it. i've email the contact and vern wrote back stating that they would ship it out the following week. by the end of april i have still yet to receive it. I emailed vern again last week and got no response; i emailed again to send my money back...no response. here's one pissed off customer that lost money on this book.
