DELIVERY We are using The Royal Mail. As all our products are hand-made the making can start ASAP when the money has been cleared or you have sent us a confirmation of payment. Normally your order will be delivered in 14 days. For express delivery please contact us on info@hannahammarberg.co.uk 
DELIVERY CHARGES Within England the cost for shipping is £10. International shipping cost is a total of £15*. We deliver to most major countries. If your country is not listed please mail us on info@hannahammarberg.co.uk Order amounts exceeding £400 gives you free shipping within England, as an international customer you will only pay £5.

As soon as we receive your payment or payment confirmation we will start with your order. IMPORT CHARGES There are no import charges for members of the European Union. For customers outside the European Union: Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend you to contact your local customs office for further information. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES We recommend you to send us an email at info@hannahammarberg.co.uk regarding returns or exchanges and we will make it as easy as possible. Exchange or returns on merchandise in their original conditions are accepted within 21 days from the day you placed your order. If you are returning an product, to us for a refund or an exchange then the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. When approved we will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. Remember, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send your order using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
