Siam-lights will accept returns under the following circumstances: If we fill your order incorrectly. (If the items shipped to you do not match your invoice). For home decor items we will accept returns if an item does not meet your expectations. All items are carefully inspected before shipping. If you receive a damaged item, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. All shipments are insured for at least the value of their contents. Return shipping will be paid by Siam-lights if the reason for your return is based on a mistake we made in filling your order. For items returned because they do not match expectations, return shipping is generally the customer's responsibility. All items returned must be unused, undamaged, and in resaleable condition. Prior to returning the item, you must obtain return authorization by contacting us. In order to receive a refund, you must pack the items carefully and make sure that the shipment is insured according to our instructions.
