In the Love What You Do series, we'll meet with a MOLI Small Business member and find out more about their business and what makes them tick! I sat down with Bianca Black, founder of BeeZee // Designs International and one of my favorite artists, who has many talents.
Over the years, she's blossomed into a creative entrepreneur who has an amazing eye and talent for finding her client's style right off the bat! Take a look at why she loves what she does.
What's your main service that you offer?
Advertising, Branding, Multimedia Promotion and Management, Branding and design makeover (web, print, video, multimedia)
How long have you been in business?
Since 1999
What's the most popular problem you help people solve?
BeeZee Designs has personal touch and artistic, unique, but commercially-popular design/multimedia solutions that want to stand out and be noticed in a flood of business institutions with template-style designed presentation materials on and off line.
We really listen and get to know a client. We do our research on their clients/market in detail, but bring out the best and special part that nobody has seen about the company/professional before.
Their vision was there from the start, since somebody started dreaming about starting the business, but there hasn't been a designer around to really enhance, visually, that dream and sell it in the best possible package. BeeZee Designs can do that for a client.
How do you stay motivated? What drives you?
It's an honor to be doing what you love and building small goals on the way to the big goal helps. Small steps to the top of the mountain is what helps me. Visualization, positive attitude, caring for people who become friends, not only clients, is what helps me.
