Spotting a prevailing gap in the UK coffee market, two kiwi caffeine connoisseurs have set up shop in London's Soho to boycott the big-wigs and begin a coffee revolution. Creators Gurnsey and McClure have paid meticulous attention to detail, employing only the finest beans and equipment in the business. Hailed by Time Out magazine and bestowed the grand title of "best coffee in London" by Tyler Brûlée (the stylish founder of Wallpaper magazine) Flat White is a sophisticated exception in a market saturated by mediocre coffee.
