Italian design is going through somewhat of an identity crisis. One reason for this is that it stands for: beauty, elegance and passion and has been gutted in order to satisfy our thirst for consumerism.
As mentioned in our previous post on Italian architecture, it's going through somewhat of an identity crisis. One reason for this, in our opinion, is the principles Italian design stands for: beauty, elegance and passion have been gutted in order to satisfy our thirst for consumerism. From coffee cups to potato peelers, a passion for excellence cannot be applied to mediocrity. This parasite like leeching is precisely what's inspired this roofscape in north eastern Italy.
