After Luis Folgueira experienced a life changing car crash where he broke his neck and became paralyzed, he decided that if he survived he would become a helicopter pilot. Once he was recovered, Luis started Professional Helicopter services (PHS). PHS offers numerous services like aerial photography for boat races and movie productions, quick and convenient transportation for its clients and visitor tours. PHS prides itself on safety, following strict standards for flying, closely monitoring weather conditions and ensuring all pilots are experienced.
