A typical yoga class is 90 minutes in length, with students practicing 26 poses and 2 breathing exercises during the class. The Bikram technique requires the room to be 95 to 110 degrees to ensure the muscles are warmed up and each participant gets a full and deep stretch. The yoga class is designed for all levels of fitness and used by performing artists and athletes to improve their flexibility.
