Lt. Col. Weinstein is retired from the Army Reserve with 30 years of service and spent about half of that time as a military instructor with the Command & General Staff College.

He has been featured on radio and television, among others, on the History Channel and Fox Sports Net as well as in various publications. His background is unique and diverse ... military instructor, attorney, motivational speaker, wellness coach, certified corporate trainer, certified personal trainer and weight loss coach.

Bob is known as the Health Colonel and is a motivational speaker on topics of leadership skill training, team building, sales, fitness, nutrition, health, wellness and the importance of interrelationships of people. His experiences in the Army Reserve have given him excellent leadership skill training which he shares enthusiastically with his audiences.

In addition to his speaking engagements, Bob is also presently writing a book on health and wellness. His burning desire is to help others lead healthier and happier lives. He has just completed an audio book titled "Seven Keys to Permanent Weight Loss" which is the first of a series titled "Walk the Talk - See the Results" and plans to publish the series in print.

Whilst the surf may be up Down Under at present, it's also letting rip in Munich. Just outside the "Haus der Kunst" museum, sits a canal who's wildly gushing rapids have created the cities underground surfing spot de jour. The rapids supply local surfing buffs with ample waves, keeping their surfing skills sharp throughout the winter. It seems its one man at a time at this surfing hole, so future enthusiasts need to join the queue. Unlike the Aussies, these German surfers need not worry about sharks. Harrington Third in World Cup

Colorado's Emily Harrington proved once again that she is one of the world's best competition sport climbers, finishing third in a World Cup in Zürich, Switzerland. In the final she tied for second with Slovenia's Mina Markovic, but was awarded third place based on her semifinal result. This was Harrington's best World Cup finish, but she has repeatedly shown she can peak for big events: The 21-year-old finished second in the World Championships in 2005 and last year won the annual Serre Chevalier comp, one of Europe's most prestigious events. It seems certain that if Harrington lived in Europe, where most World Cup comps are staged, she could be a contender for a podium place in the annual circuit.
