    im trying to get a personal URL, but it wouldn't let me. can't you help work?

    This is easy.  Just click on Manage My MOLI in your avatar bar (the black thing on the top of the page) and select "Add tools & content".  Select personal URL and then pick one.  The steps are pretty easy after that.
