Tattoos are like stories, wonderful creations which speak of a moment in your life you will never forget. I would first like to thank you all for this amazing opportunity you are offering us.
My tattoo is basically an original drawing I made for an aunt of mine about a year ago. She has been there supporting me through the rough times and along my side laughing during the great. Unfortunately she believes she will always be worth less than everyone in this world, but still seems to try and help everyone whenever they call. She is a true inspiration and I admire her for always putting others in front, as I do. She calls me her "mini me." My aunt recently had an overdose at which we almost lost her. She spoke to me on her birthday about how much I understand her and how alone she feels walking this earth. As if she lives only for others never able to find happiness in her own soul. I presented the drawing to her after this all happened and the smile I saw on her face showed me how much we really meant to one another. My artwork is a dedication signifying how beautiful my aunt is inside and out. The light that beams from her face and the feeling people receive when she smiles. Most days she battles with her depression and no one has been able to help her but me. We have this bond beyond family love and I just know that this drawing being placed on my arm would mean so much to her and possibly show her how important she is not only to me, but to all those she has helped and continues to guide through life.
A tribute to a tremendous individual.
Thanks again,
