    Forget slavishly following what's in magazines or wearing what everyone else is (or worse, being on a list with the same 500 other people for the same $1,500 bag) Doll take the trends, twist them, and make them our own. The Fashiontribes magazines came to be for the very reason that I felt mainstream mags were just too one-size-fits-all. I wanted a more filtered, edited point of view that spoke to me, my interests, and my lifestyle. Just as you have the Downtown Doll mag, you now have your own Downtown Doll blog...if it's funky, vintage, quirky, and just plain cool, believe me, it'll end up on the blog.
