The Chief Information Group, Inc. ("The Group"), is a Falls Church, Virginia based "C" Corporation business management and technology solutions company primarily in the public and private healthcare sector. They are a team of seasoned Chief Information Officers with over 50 years of healthcare experience within the Military Health System (MHS) and commercial organizations.

The Group was founded by two Navy Medical Service Corps officers, Michael Whitecar and Michael Green. For over 20 years, Mr. Whitecar and Mr. Green have both served as Chief Information Officers (CIOs), Senior Program Managers, and inventors of Navy systems both domestically and abroad bringing a wealth of operational and international experience to the company.
