Heidi Minx It's a close call between whether heidiminx has more tattoos or more licensing deals. And it doesn't help settle the count when more of both are getting added all the time. Minx started her clothing and accessories company, Franky & Minx, in March 2001 as a way to integrate authentic alt, punk, and tattoo culture and design into the mainstream. The combination has been so successful that she has secured licensing deals in multiple categories and has co-branded with the likes of Vision Streetwear and Jones Soda.
