Agnus

Description:

I like Agnus' name because it is a frumpy name, like all chicken names should be. If I had my way, the others would be named Gertrude, Hattie and Martha. She is very pretty, all black with green mixed in her feathers. Agnus also took Nicky in under her wing when we got Nicky and was very kind to her. Also, Agnus was the first of the girls to lay an egg.
