Current Director of Events for Gen Art Miami, where she has worked for over 4 years, producing and promoting over 30 high profile events per year including Miami’s most highly regarded and widely attended fashion events, “Fresh Faces in Fashion” and “Shop Miami”.  In addition, Monica currently sits on the board of the Green Room Society (the young patrons group of the Carnival Performing Art Center) and sits on the grants panel for the Department of Cultural affairs.
