Ricochet: Hold My Hand and Walk On the Beach

When I look at the ocean, I laugh about how the beach is supposed to be so romantic, and the waves crashing so sexual. My thoughts go to old romances, weird dates, and the desperate and idealistic things people write in their online ads.

The concept for the video series, "Ricochet: Thought to Idea", is pretty simple. I shoot images and match them with my spoken-word pieces: stories about something that really happened, or abstract concoction of things that bounce through my mind. They're funny little art videos that make you think. So, what do you think?
