Helping the Orphans of Malawi

Recounting a year filled with life-altering experiences, in 2006 Michelle Peck left her heart in Africa and returned with a mission. “I had the blessing of going to Malawi in October and it truly changed my life in ways that even I could have never anticipated,” says Peck. “Outside of raising my beautiful daughter, I have never felt as much purpose in each day as I did when I was in Africa. I have so much passion for the plight of these people, that I am in the midst of setting up a non-profit foundation to raise money to send the orphans there to school as in my time there, my observation was that to get to the core of helping these people, they need to learn how to help themselves. We must help educate them.”
