Description:

A transformation occurs after the streetlights come on and the town comes under the wing of darkness.  City buses make their last run, and those of the night shift take over.  The city turns into a vacant stretch inhabited by a few late workers--and the homeless emerge from the darkness as they seek welcome and refuge from the cold. The NightWatch is a foray into what I've seen--standing at my bustop--while waiting to go home.
