Memento Mori (10-minute musical)

Description:
This is a reading of my final project for my first semester at NYU's Graduate Musical Theater Writing Program, December 2006. 

Eric, a 17-year old student filling out college applications, wakes up one morning and discovers he is, in fact, dead.  His parents, who already expected to lose their baby boy to college, help Eric through the process of buying a casket and preparing for his funeral.  Eric must come to terms with his mortality and the many changes life throws his way in this dark comedy.
