Satya Bolli, Chairman and Managing Director
Satya Bolli holds M.S. in Computer Science from IIT Madras, and is an established veteran, innovator and entrepreneurial leader in software development industry. He has versatile experience of more than 25 years in USA, Europe and Asian Countries in the field of software development & consultancy and related activities.

He possesses multi skill set and worked on cutting edge technologies and thus helpful in procuring prestigious projects to the company and is able to execute them in a planned manner ensuring that customer requirements are met within stipulated time. His experience in the field of Information Technology is an added advantage in building the organization as per the business model.

Satya Bolli is in-charge of total operations of the company including the branch office situated at Irvine, California, USA. His service as Chairman and Managing Director has a direct bearing on smooth operations and growth of the company.

Venkata Ramarao Bolli, Director - Operations
Venkata Ramarao Bolli holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, he has also undergone specialized training in computer hardware in USA and other Management development programs in India. He has got more than 34 years of IT Experience mainly in the management of Customer Support Services. He started his career with Electronics Corporation of India (ECIL), a pioneer organization in the field of computers in India, serving for more than 25 years and developed expertise in leading and managing large team of Maintenance and Networking Professionals at multiple locations. He also worked for MNCs Metamor and PSI Net as General Manager Enterprise, responsible for Networking Services and Solutions.

Sridevi Bolli, Whole Time Director
Smt. Sridevi Bolli is a founder member of the company. She has over 10 years of diverse experience in Human Resources & General Administration. She was instrumental in establishing two business units of the Company in Hyderabad. Prior to Semantic, she was one of the Directors of Sriven Computer Solutions, Hyderabad.

P V S Raju, Director
P V S Raju is a Post Graduate in Physics and Business Administration. He has 20 years of experience in the areas of Banking and Investment Banking. Mr. Raju presently advises some leading corporates on aspects relating to Corporate Governance and financial restructuring.

S. Ravi, Director
S. Ravi, is a Science and Law graduate from Bangalore University. He is a Govt. of India National Scholar for excellence in studies in the year 1975 and also obtained a Masters Degree in Science from Southern California, Los Angels. He is specialized in Taxation and started practice as an Advocate in High Court of Karnataka and later in the High Court of Andhra Pradesh. He has participated in many seminars on Taxation, Corporate Laws and Commercial Laws and also contributed articles to various journals.

Ajay Mittal, Director
Ajay Mittal has over 13 years of experience in funds management, taxation and finance. He has been with UVF since its inception and has played an active part in identification and evaluation of investment opportunities and monitoring the investments made. He represents UVF on the Boards of portfolio companies such as Marksans Pharma, Koutons Retail and SemanticSpace. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Cost Accountant by profession.

Ajay was earlier involved in managing 'India Access Fund' a U.S $ 80 million India dedicated offshore fund of UTI.

He was a key member of UTI's Investment monitoring function where he was involved in extensive performance monitoring of around 300 portfolio companies spanning various sectors such as information technology, fast moving consumer goods, pharmaceuticals and power, in the course of which he gained valuable experience in negotiations, restructuring and in mergers and divestures. He also has experience in mutual fund accounting and back office functions.

Arun Prakash S. Korati, Director
Arun Prakash S. Korati, graduated in mechanical engineering and went ahead in pursuing a Masters in Marketing Management from NMIMS, Mumbai. He is also a certified member of ICWA and AMIE. He started his career as a trainee graduate engineer with Batliboi Engineers (Bangalore) Ltd. And steadily grew up the corporate ladder to become a Vice President in a short span of 10 years. He has served organizations like IL&FS Investment Managers Limited (IIML), Bangalore, CDC Advisors Private Ltd. (CAL), Bangalore (Now Actis), Pathfinder Investments Private Ltd., Pune (PIC), Godrej & Boyce Mfg Co. Ltd., Mumbai (Godrej), before coming on to our board as a Director.

Arun is currently the Principal of New Vemon.
