   Satya Bolli, Chairman and Managing Director Satya Bolli holds M.S. in Computer Science from IIT Madras, and is an established veteran, innovator and entrepreneurial leader in software development industry. He has versatile experience of more than 25 years in USA, Europe and Asian Countries in the field of software development & consultancy and related activities. He possesses multi skill set and worked on cutting edge technologies and thus helpful in procuring prestigious projects to the company and is able to execute them in a planned manner ensuring that customer requirements are met within stipulated time. His experience in the field of Information Technology is an added advantage in building the organization as per the business model. Satya is in-charge of total operations of the company including the branch office situated at Irvine, California, USA. His service as Chairman and Managing Director has a direct bearing on smooth operations and growth of the company. Venkat Shamapant, Executive Vice President - Sales and Marketing Venkat Shamapant has extensive experience in Telecom, DataCom and service industry. He played vital roles in various companies like ICL and AMDOCS in Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales and Business Development. Before coming to SemanticSpace, Venkat was a founding employee of BayPackets, Inc. a NextGen Enhanced Voice Services company in Fremont, CA. As a founding employee he actively participated in the growth from 5 employees to 120 employees. Before BayPackets he founded and operated Pragati Solutions, Inc., a software consulting firm. He is active on the advisory board of other startups in the OSS/BSS arena. He has worked in various fields including Wireline, Wireless and Cable, billing mediation systems, fraud control systems, OSS/BSS systems, enhanced voice messaging and routing systems and SNA protocol stack development. He has an M.S.E.E from University of Missouri - Columbia, MO and a B.E in Electronics and Telecommunications from Osmania University, India. Venu G Somineni, Senior Vice President - Sales & Operations Venu G Somineni has more than 10 years of operational management experience in the IT industry. Venu is responsible for the Company’s sales, business development and client relationship management organizations. Venu has global exposure offering IT services for diversified industries from Asia and Western regions. Prior to this role, Venu played key roles at Countrywide Home Loans, UPS, Microsoft Corporation and Wipro Technologies. He obtained his MS in Computer Science from PSG Tech (One of the premier schools in India). Venkata Ramarao Bolli, Director - Operations Venkata Ramarao Bolli Graduated from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, he has also undergone specialized training in computer hardware in USA and other Management development programs in India. He has got more than 34 years of IT Experience mainly in the management of Customer Support Services. He started his career with Electronics Corporation of India (ECIL), a pioneer organization in the field of computers in India, serving for more than 25 years and developed expertise in leading and managing large team of Maintenance and Networking Professionals and multiple locations. He also worked for MNCs Metamor and PSI Net as General Manager Enterprise, responsible for Networking Services and Solutions. Venkatesh Ramachandran, Vice President - Finance Venkatesh Ramachandran is a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and Company Secretary. He graduated from Madras University. He has a work experience of 9 years in Financial Services, Telecom and Retail. In his earlier assignment he has handled Business Acquisition, Term Financing, Commercial, Risk Management, Audit and Taxation. Rajasekhar Chandra, Vice President - Quality Assurance Rajsekhar Chandra is a Civil Engineer holding an M.Tech in Town Planning from Anna University, Chennai and M.B.A (Finance) from JNTU, Hyderabad. He has 15 years of varied experience in an array of fields spanning software, Quality Assurance, testing and infrastructure consulting. He is experienced in building testing and process teams and heading them and also in delivering complex and mission critical applications. He was instrumental in building QA practice from scratch in the organization and has successfully handled delivery, customer relationship management, recruitment, training, presales and devising marketing collateral. Raj has good exposure to various quality models such as ISO, CMM, CMMI etc. He is also a lead assessor for ISO 9001:2000 standard and a Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA). Venkata Ramana Modalavalasa, Vice President - Business Development Ramana has Bachelors of Engineering (B.E) from Andhra University and holds a Professional Diploma in Export Management. He has 16 years of experience working on various Domestic and International Projects and specialized in creating new Business Models for emerging Businesses and Technologies. Ramana has vast experience in defining and managing projects with focus on Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives, identifying Leads and Market Opportunities for Small, Mid-Market and Enterprise level business initiatives. Additionally, he is responsible to develop and communicate SemanticSpace Value Proposition, and also to formulate and execute the overall corporate strategy. Ramana leads and mentors a team of highly motivated and extremely talented professionals to render world-class business solutions to serve the rich line of SemanticSpace Customers and Partners to meet our Corporate goals and objectives. Ramachandra Raju, Vice President - Enterprise solutions Ramchandra Raju heads Enterprise solutions division at SemanticSpace and has around twelve years of software services industry experience with large enterprises both in the US and European markets. Ram in his professional services career has successfully taken up roles in areas as diverse as consulting services, account management, defining outsourcing strategy, and groom competencies to promote technology excellence centers and business development. Ram holds a B.E in Computer Sciences from Amaravati University, Maharashtra. Shivaji Mukthavaram, PMP, Vice President - Product Engineering Shivaji Mukthavaram has over 11 years of technology management experience in IT arena. Graduated in B.Tech from R.E.C. Warangal and received MBA in Technology Management from UoP, California. He acquired global knowledge being part of companies like Cisco Systems; San Jose, People Soft, and Vensoft during his tenure. With his seasoned leadership and mentoring skills, acquired and exhibited during his experience, built high performance distributed/collocated teams. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI, successfully executed mission critical and troubled projects related to ERP, CRM, Operations, Manufacturing, and Enterprise Architecture (EA) through his organizational, interpersonal, leadership, analytical and influencing skills. Sathiya Murthy, Vice president - Packaged Application Services Sathiya Murthy is a graduate in B.E from Madras University. He has 12 years of experience in helping clients generate greater technical, operational and outsourced projects and also in adding project management value from their technology investments. He worked as a senior consultant at Keane Inc. a leading international business and IT services firm based in Boston. He was involved in developing and managing various enterprise applications for fortune 500 clients. At SemanticSpace, Sathiya played a major role in setting up offshore delivery and maintenance team for business critical B2B applications for leading mortgage lenders and in building a practice for delivering ERP, SCM and CRM solutions from small to medium size enterprises.

P V S Raju, Director P V S Raju is a Post Graduate in Physics and Business Administration. He has 20 years of experience in the areas of Banking and Investment Banking. Mr. Raju presently advises some leading corporates on aspects relating to Corporate Governance and financial restructuring. S. Ravi, Director S. Ravi, is a Science and Law graduate from Bangalore University. He is a Govt. of India National Scholar for excellence in studies in the year 1975 and also obtained a Masters Degree in Science from Southern California, Los Angels. He is specialized in Taxation and started practice as an Advocate in High Court of Karnataka and later in the High Court of Andhra Pradesh. He has participated in many seminars on Taxation, Corporate Laws and Commercial Laws and also contributed articles to various journals. Ajay Mittal, Director Ajay Mittal has over 13 years of experience in funds management, taxation and finance. He has been with UVF since its inception and has played an active part in identification and evaluation of investment opportunities and monitoring the investments made. He represents UVF on the Boards of portfolio companies such as Marksans Pharma, Koutons Retail and SemanticSpace. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Cost Accountant by profession. Ajay was earlier involved in managing 'India Access Fund' a U.S $ 80 million India dedicated offshore fund of UTI. He was a key member of UTI's Investment monitoring function where he was involved in extensive performance monitoring of around 300 portfolio companies spanning various sectors such as information technology, fast moving consumer goods, pharmaceuticals and power, in the course of which he gained valuable experience in negotiations, restructuring and in mergers and divestures. He also has experience in mutual fund accounting and back office functions. Arun Prakash S. Korati, Director Arun Prakash S. Korati, graduated in mechanical engineering and went ahead in pursuing a Masters in Marketing Management from NMIMS, Mumbai. He is also a certified member of ICWA and AMIE. He started his career as a trainee graduate engineer with Batliboi Engineers (Bangalore) Ltd. And steadily grew up the corporate ladder to become a Vice President in a short span of 10 years. He has served organizations like IL&FS Investment Managers Limited (IIML), Bangalore, CDC Advisors Private Ltd. (CAL), Bangalore (Now Actis), Pathfinder Investments Private Ltd., Pune (PIC), Godrej & Boyce Mfg Co. Ltd., Mumbai (Godrej), before coming on to our board as a Director.
