   So, you’re here to meet people and promote, right? Here’s some simple ways to do that!
   
   First, Make friends! The more friends you have who share your interests, the more people you can reach. Use the search tool to find friends, or the advanced browse tool to find friends and businesses you want to meet.
   
   Use Bulletins to tell your network of friends what you’re doing. Go to your control panel and use the ‘Post Bulletin’ button to tell all your friends what’s happening. Having a sale? Want to offer a special discount? Did you add new pictures or products on your page? This is the easy way to share information with all of your friends at the same time.
   
   Contribute news! Moli View is our magazine – with content derived on and off Moli. If you have something you want to share, send stories or pitches to media@moli.com.
   
   Use Moli as your own website – for all your needs! With your personal URL, friends can find you directly – with no searching. Take advantage of Moli’s unlimited media uploads to showcase your pictures or video and invite friends to see them. Use Moli’s custom calendars to post your sales or promotions, or even where you’ll be – and invite your friends to keep tabs at Moli.com. You can email your personal URL to friends or mailing lists, or post it up on other sites or blogs!

   What's a 'Profile'? Consider a ‘Profile' an area of your life. Once you've got your MOLI account set up, you can create all the profiles you want. Maybe you want one for family, one for hobbies, one for your professional life, one specifically for a recent vacation, one for selling items you've made--the possibilities are endless. Every profile you create is a separate page that appears as a unique tab on your account. And for every profile you create, you get to decide what it will look like and who can see it. Primary Profile is the profile that everyone will see when searching for you in the MOLI community. It is the primary profile everyone will see first. Once they get to your primary profile they can then see any other profiles that are open to them. Control Panel is your central place or home base for managing and organizing your account. A Business Account with numerous Business Profiles A Social Account with different types of Profiles

   How to build a Profile How to build a ‘Profile' In your avatar bar click on Manage My MOLI and the select Build a Profile. From here name your profile and select the type of profile you are creating, is the social, family, business, professional or a custom profile. Set the permissions which is who can see the profile you are creating. After this upload your media that will be the main image associated with this profile. Next some questions that will help you build your new profile—you’ll get a prompt to get you started. You can answer any or all of the profile questions—but the more you answer, the more people will get to know you. And you can always go back later and edit your info or add some more. Finally add any Tools & Content you want to your new profile. That's it! You've created a new profile. Now go ahead and create as many profiles as you want. MOLI is, well, all about you!

   Once you have built your profiles and input your biasic information, use MOLI's tools to communicate the information you want to the way you want to. We offer you so many great tools to communcate and customize your profile such as: Media Albums: Upload, showcase, and share photos, videos, mp3's, and text files. There is plenty of room for descriptions, and your friends can make comments directly to your media albums. Blogs: Got something to say? Add a Blog , this journal format can be as long or short as you want, and friends can comment directly to your post! Message Board: Set up a message board and get discussions going with your friends right on your profiles. This tool is a fun way to share opinions and information. Calendar: Keep all your important dates here. You can shose to share these dates with friends, or just keep them as a private reminder to yourself. The first two calendars are free after that you can buy more. Weather: With this great feature, you can get your local weather and forcasts delivered right to any profile of your choice. RSS Feeds: RSS stands for Real Simple Syndication, and it's available from many of your favorite websites. Add RSS Feeds right into your MOLI profiles, and again you can choose to share it or just have it to read for yourself. Personal URL: Personal URL lets you direct friends and customers directly to your page. *** A little tip! Most Tools are unlimited! Want multiple media albums--one for your trip to Tokyo, another for your trip to Vegas? Then add as many as you need! Want one blog for your thoughts on current affairs, and another for your reviews of local restaurants? Yup, add as many as you want! How to ‘Add Tools' 1. When you're building a new profile, you'll be asked if you want to add Tools & Content. Your choice! You can add in tools then--or any time you want to. 2. To add tools to a profile you've already built, Click on Manage My MOLI and choose Add Tools and Content. 3.    Customize your ‘Profiles' Upload a profile picture! This is the image that will be on the profile you are creating. If you didn't upload an image when you created the profile (as mentioned in the ‘How to create a Profile section), you can add one by clicking on the Upload link in the album module. Select the media type or file that you want, then click Upload. Business Profile Picture Social Profile Picture Change your color theme 1.  In your avatar bar, click on the Manage My MOLI then select my account from the drop down menu. 2.  Then click on Manage Profiles and chose the profile you want to edit by clicking on the Edit link. 3.  Chose the theme you want to use and then click on Go to This Profile Now. Drag and Drop Layouts Drag and Drop is something unique to your MOLI profiles. This great technology lets you customize your profiles any way you want. Simply drag and drop or place each window on your profile wherever you want it to be. It's up to you to customize what you want your profile to look like. Just click on the top of the window you want to move, hold down the mouse button, drag the window anywhere you want, and then release the mouse button. The window will automatically resize to fit on your profile. *** If you're experienced with online community formats, keep reading!***

    Privacy and controlling your ‘Profiles' Being able to decide who can see a profile—or even know that the profile exists-- is one of the key advantages of MOLI. You get to choose a privacy setting for each one of your MOLI profiles. 1. Choose your privacy settings when you build a profile. You can choose from: Public: Everyone on MOLI can see this profile and the information you post on it. Private: Only those MOLI members you invite into your circle can see the information you post. Hidden: Only those MOLI members you invite into your circle can see this profile even exists. It will be invisible to others. 2. Control who sees your profiles when you are adding friends and accepting friend requests: When you visit someone's profile, and ask them to be a friend, you will be asked which profiles you want them to be able to see. The same applies to your incoming friend requests. 3. Manage your Community: Don’t worry; you can always change this later by clicking on Manage My MOLI  avatar bar and then selecting manage friends.  When you click manage friends, you not only have the option to choose which profiles friends can see, but you can also block them, or delete them entirely.
