Well, I am entering the Struggling Artist contest because, as of a couple of weeks before Christmas, I have been paying for vet visit after vet visit for my cat, Taz. He got really sick one night, and the following morning I took him to the vet, where he had to stay over the weekend. He was diagnosed with Diabetes. He also had a horrid Urinary Tract Infection, because apparently animals with diabetes get infections VERY easily. So, every morning we have to give him a shot of insulin, as well as we must feed him a special diabetic cat food. It is very expensive, and I've been taking him to the vet every few weeks, and the fees are definitely worth my baby's life, so I'm getting broker and broker every visit. This picture is of Taz in a sunroom at our old house, lying on the treadmill. I am entering it into the digital camera catagory. Anyway, he is the love of my life next to my husband, and he's kept me going the past 12 years, and I would do anything for him, even if it means being broker than broke. I love him, I even have his paw prints and name tattoo'd on me.
