UPDATE: New pictures of Teresa and Baby Tracy
KEITHVILLE, La.-Now that the weather has cleared and the sun is peeking through the clouds, Teresa and Tracy are making more appearances in the habitat.
Tracy is growing! She just turned two weeks old and is doing great. Tracy is more aware of her surroundings and the other chimpanzees now and has even begun to make infant vocalizations to let Teresa know how she feels. Teresa is very attentive and responsive, making sure that Tracy is well-cared for by both herself and the other members of her group.
We hope you enjoy some of the newest pictures of mom and daughter.
