                        ok, now I see Za Za mediterrean grill is coming to the shopping plaza -- next to NY PIzza.

                        Now Za Za and Moe's can race to see who can open first.

                        It's said that star bucks announced that they would be coming soon to the plaza and were open about two
                        months later.  Five guys took at least 9 months, although I think a lot more.

                        Ok, ao scross the street in the mail area -- there are over a dozen food places -- and now one more is coming:

                        MOE's... with southwestern food.
