   My purpose as an Interfaith Minister and as the officiant for your wedding is to help you form your unique vision of your ceremony. I will guide you so that the words that are expressed represent your values, and have meaning to you on a personal level. Through meeting with you, giving you material to go over and having you fill out a reflective questionnaire, we will together craft a ceremony that speaks to your heart. Although I embrace all forms of worship, I am a practicing Buddhist. This practice has given me the gift to be fully present with you, to listen to your needs, and most important to encourage you to be present on your wedding day as you stand before your loved one.

   Perhaps the most sacred passage of all is the birth of a child. The purity, innocence, joy, and limitless potential that each newborn represents is a reminder of all that we are at our core. The choice to ritualize your child’s life into this world and welcome its being, in the presence of community, sets in motion the wheels of acceptance, belonging, and embracement which the newborn receives on a soul level. A highly personalized ceremony, I will work closely with you so that the ceremony reflects your values, hopes and wishes for your newborn.

   "It is said that when someone dies, God sends down two angels. One to carry the soul up to heaven, the other to remain with the mourners." A loved one passing is one of the most painful and difficult times that we can encounter. My role is to give space to your grieving process and other difficult emotions that may arise, and to deliver a funeral/memorial service that honors the life and relationships of your loved one.

5. Premarital/Postmarital Counseling

   Spiritual counseling is short term counseling engaging with current issues within the context of Soul; your soul’s purpose, lessons, longings, and healing in this life time. We will explore together your own sense of truth, and inner knowing in a safe, compassionate environment.
