Paul S. Menzies was elected to the Board of Directors in January 2006. Mr. Menzies is an independent Director. Mr. Menzies is a member of both the Audit Committee and the Compensation Committee.

Mr. Menzies also served as Chief Executive Office - Asia for CIGNA International Corporation from 2005 - 2007. Mr. Menzies served as Chief Executive Officer - Hong Kong for CIGNA Worldwide Insurance Company (2003 - 2005). Mr. Menzies served as President of Insurance Services for E*TRADE Financial (2001 - 2002). Mr.Menzies served as Vice President of E*TRADE Re, LLC (2002 - 2003) and Business Leader, Director Insurance and Tax (2001 - 2003).

Mr. Menzies served as Senior Vice President Accident and Health for AIG Europe (1997 - 2000). Mr. Menzies served as Vice President and Regional Director Europe/South Africa for CIGNA International (1991 - 1997). Mr. Menzies served as Vice President and Regional Director for Continental Europe for CIGNA International (1987 - 1991). Mr. Menzies served as Assistant Vice President Direct Marketing for CIGNA International (1985 - 1987).

Mr. Menzies served as Regional Manager Australasia for CIGNA International (1979 - 1985). Mr. Menzies also served as Mass Marketing Manager (1978 - 1979) and Accident and Health Underwriter (1975 - 1978) for AIG Australia. Mr. Menzies served as an Investment Consultant for Anthony Gibbs Personal Financial Planning (UK) Ltd. (1969 - 1974).
