    Mark X. Zaleski was elected to the Board of Directors in January 2006. Mr. Zaleski is an independent Director. Mr. Zaleski was appointed Chairman of the Audit Committee in April 2006. Prior to that, he was Chairman of the Compensation Committee. Mr. Zaleski is a member of the Governance and Nominating Committee. Mr. Zaleski has been a Director of Money and Living, Ltd. since December 2005.

    Mr. Zaleski has served as the Executive Chairman of Dailymotion since July 2007 and the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since October 2007. Mr. Zaleski has served as the Chairman of DVDpost.com, the number one online DVD rental site in the Benelux, since July 2007. Mr. Zaleski is a Venture Partner in BBV, a leader in seed and early-stage venture capital funding for high-growth ICT companies in the Benelux, northern France and western Germany. Mr. Zaleski was Chief Executive Officer of QXL ricardo plc from 2001 through September 2006. Prior to that, Mr. Zaleski was Chief Operating Officer for the company (2000). Mr. Zaleski served as President of Webvan Operations Inc. and Senior Vice President of Area Operations for Webvan Group (1998 - 2000). Mr. Zaleski served as Senior Vice President/Group Managing Director Western and Central Europe for AC Nielsen (1994 - 1998).

    Mr. Zaleski served in a number of senior positions in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa Federal Express operations (1985 - 1994).

    Mr. Zaleski was a Non-Executive Director of German-headquartered ricardo.de AG (RID.FSE) through July 2007 when he resigned his Board seat as the company was taken private. Mr. Zaleski is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a Member of the Institute of Directors since February 1998.

    Mr. Zaleski holds an M.B.A. (1994) and a B.B.A. (1993) from the European University (Antwerp, Belgium).
