Christos M. Cotsakos, Ph.D. founded Mainstream Holdings and its operating subsidiaries in January 2003. Dr. Cotsakos is Founder, Chairman of the Board of Directors (non-independent Director), Chief Executive Officer, and President of Mainstream Holdings. He is Founder, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Chief Executive Officer of MOLI, MOLI Kids, CoVibe TECH, Mainstream Integrated Holdings, MOLI EMEA, Ltd. and MOLI Asia Pte. Ltd. He is also Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Tertiary Productions and Chairman of the Board of Money and Living, Ltd. (UK). Dr. Cotsakos has served as Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of Pennington Ventures, LLC, a private investment management company, since 1999. Dr. Cotsakos is also among Mainstream Holdings' team of inventors, and
as such, is listed in multiple patent applications covering aspects of
the CoVibe TECH core technology.
Dr. Cotsakos has also served on the Board of Directors for a number of start-up, private and public internet, technology and interactive multimedia companies, including most recently as board member and chairman of the audit committee and special committee of independent directors for FOX Entertainment Group (1999 - 2005), a leader in the development, production and worldwide distribution of feature films and television programs, television broadcasting, and cable network programming. Dr. Cotsakos also serves on the Executive Committee and is a member of the Board of Directors of MySpace Japan (2007 - present), a Web 2.0 joint venture between News Corporation and Softbank Corporation, a comprehensive digital information company. Dr. Cotsakos played a key role in forming the joint venture between both companies. Dr. Cotsakos is also the Senior Interactive Media and Internet Advisor for News Corporation (2005 - present).
Dr. Cotsakos co-founded and served as Co-Managing General Partner of ArrowPath Ventures Inc. (1999 - 2003), where the Co-Managing General Partners raised $350 million in venture capital. Dr. Cotsakos served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer (1998 - 2003) and President and Chief Executive Officer (1996 - 1998) of E*TRADE Group, Inc., where he raised $13 million in private equity. Dr. Cotsakos led the company's initial public offering and listed E*TRADE on NASDAQ in August 1996, raising an additional $53 million. He listed E*TRADE on the NYSE in February 2001. Dr. Cotsakos raised an additional $1.5 billion to finance E*TRADE's growth strategy and initiated its global diversification by acquiring 18 companies for over $3 billion. Fortune magazine listed E*TRADE as one of the 10 most admired companies in financial services for the first time in 2002. It was included in both the S&P 500 and the Forbes Super 500 in 2003.
Dr. Cotsakos has served on the Boards of several public, private, and non-profit companies. Dr. Cotsakos previously served as Global Co-Chief Executive Officer, President, and Chief Operating Officer of AC Nielsen, among other senior executive positions (1993 - 1996). He also served 19 years with the Federal Express Corporation, where he held a number of senior executive positions (1973 - 1992). Dr. Cotsakos has served as Co-Chair of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund and Chairman of its national campaign to build the Vietnam Veterans Education Center in Washington, D.C. since 2005. He also served as Co-Chair of the Capital Campaign at
William Paterson University.The
Campaign ended in 2006 having successfully raised over $40 million for the
University. Dr. Cotsakos was invited to be a Visiting Professor of Economics by the University of London, Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine (2004 - 2006). Dr. Cotsakos is a national best-selling author with his book It's Your Money (HarperCollins, 2000), which has over 275,000 copies in several languages in print worldwide. Dr. Cotsakos is a decorated Vietnam Veteran (1967 - 1968) and was honorably discharged from active military service in 1970. Dr. Cotsakos has received numerous industry, educational, and community-based recognitions and awards throughout his career.
Dr. Cotsakos holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of London, Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine (London, UK, 2002), an M.B.A. (summa cum laude) from Pepperdine University (Malibu, California, 1983), and a B.A. in Communications (cum laude) from William Paterson University (Wayne, New Jersey, 1973). In May 2001, William Paterson University, one of the nine state colleges and universities in New Jersey, named its business school the Cotsakos College of Business in honor of Dr. Cotsakos.

Tami Cotsakos was appointed Vice Chairman of Mainstream Holdings in April 2006. Prior to that, she was Vice President of Educational Relations and Partnerships (2004 - 2006). Mrs. Cotsakos is a non-independent member of the Board of Directors for Mainstream Holdings and its subsidiaries. Mrs. Cotsakos is Chairman of the Social Responsibility Committee. Mrs. Cotsakos was appointed Vice Chairman of MOLI, CoVibe TECH, and Tertiary Productions in April 2006. Mrs. Cotsakos is also Co-Founder, President and Chief Operating Officer of MOLI Kids, LLC founded July 2007. Mrs. Cotsakos was also appointed non-independent director to the Money and Living, Limited (UK) Board of Directors in December 2005 and non-independent director to the Mainstream Integrated Holdings Limited Board of Directors in April 2007. Mrs. Cotsakos is also among Mainstream Holdings' team of inventors, and
as such, is listed in multiple patent applications covering aspects of
the CoVibe TECH core technology.
Mrs. Cotsakos has served as Co-Founder and President of Pennington Ventures, LLC since 1999, where she co-manages the company's investment portfolio. Mrs. Cotsakos is the Chair of the Music Scholarship Program that bears her name at William Paterson University and co-chaired the Capital Campaign at William Paterson University. The
Campaign ended in 2006 having successfully raised over $40 million for the
University. Prior to that, Mrs. Cotsakos built a career in design, retail, childcare management, education (as an elementary school music teacher in the New Jersey and the California public school systems) and philanthropy. Mrs. Cotsakos was honored as a Distinguished Alumni by William Paterson University in 2007.
Mrs. Cotsakos has founded and managed as a small business owner several entrepreneurial ventures.
Mrs. Cotsakos holds a B.S. in Music and a teaching credential (K-12) from William Paterson University (Wayne, New Jersey, 1971).

Peter Aronstam, Ph.D. was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President, Shared Services of Mainstream Holdings and its subsidiaries in March 2007. He is also the Financial Officer of Mainstream Integrated Holdings Limited and the Financial Controller of MOLI Asia Pte. Ltd. Dr. Aronstam served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Airspan Networks, Inc., from 2001 to 2007. At Airspan he managed the finance and control functions of the company, which included SEC reporting, negotiation and execution of merger and acquisition agreements, and access to debt and equity markets. He also managed the Investor Relations program, company secretariat and IT and Human Resources departments. During his stay, the company's revenues grew by more than 300%.
Prior to that, Dr. Aronstam spent 17 years at Nortel Networks, where he held various positions of increasing management responsibility, including Vice President, Customer Financing and Treasury, Latin America and Caribbean region (1995 - 1998 and 1999 - 2001); Vice President Sales, Enterprise Products, Latin America and Caribbean region (1998 - 1999); Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis (1994 - 1995); and Vice President and Assistant Treasurer, Treasury Operations (1983 - 1993). Dr. Aronstam served as Assistant Vice President, Corporate Finance for Bank of America Canada (1981 - 1983); Senior Manager, Trade Finance for Bank of Montreal (1978 - 1980); and Lecturer, Faculty of Law at the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa (1974 - 1977).
Dr. Aronstam holds a BCom in Accounting, Finance and Economics (1971), an LLB (1973) and a Ph.D. in Law (1978) from the University of the Witwatersrand (Johannesburg, South Africa).
