    David R. Ewing

    President and COO of CoVibe TECH, LLC



    David R. Ewing was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer of CoVibe TECH in March 2007. Prior to that, he was Chief Information and Privacy Officer for Mainstream Holdings. Mr. Ewing was also appointed non-independent Director to the MOLI Asia Pte. Ltd. Board of Directors in August 2007. Mr. Ewing is also among Mainstream Holdings' team of inventors, and
    as such, is listed in multiple patent applications covering aspects of
    the CoVibe TECH core technology.



    Mr. Ewing has served as President of D.R. Ewing & Associates, Inc., a company that provides executive and information system consulting services, since 1998. Prior to that, Mr. Ewing served as Chief Information Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and Corporate Senior Vice President, Systems for E*TRADE Group, Inc. (1994 - 1998). There, Mr. Ewing was responsible for the technological direction of the corporation, overseeing all application, operational, and technical aspects of the company's corporate projects. Mr. Ewing was a member of the executive team responsible for taking E*TRADE public. In addition, Mr. Ewing also provided technical insight, guidance, and strategic options to groups as diverse as Al Gore's government technology program in Washington, D.C., the World Economic Forum in Hong Kong, China, and Internet Industry Forums in Beijing, China; Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; London, England; and Paris, France. Mr. Ewing served as International Director of Information Systems for Nellcor-Puritan Bennet (1990 - 1994), where he was responsible for all international systems applications and managed a complete reengineering of the global MRP and financial systems. Mr. Ewing has also served as Manager, Management Consulting Practice for Price Waterhouse (1988 - 1990), Manager, Information Systems for Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. (1984 - 1988), and IT Applications Development Manager for Hibernia Bank in San Francisco, California (1981 - 1984).
