Suzanne R. Cotsakos

Vice President of Community Outreach Programs of Mainstream Holdings, Inc.

Suzanne R. Cotsakos was appointed Vice President of Community Outreach Programs for Mainstream Holdings in April 2006. Prior to that, she was Director of Outreach Programs (2004 - 2006). Ms. Cotsakos is a non-independent member of the Board of Directors for Mainstream Holdings and its subsidiaries. Ms. Cotsakos is a member of the Social Responsibility Committee. Ms. Cotsakos has been Co-Founder of Tertiary Productions since October 2004 and Co-President of Tertiary Productions since April 2006. Ms. Cotsakos is also Co-Founder of MOLI Kids, LLC founded July 2007. Ms. Cotsakos was also appointed non-independent director to the Money and Living, Limited (UK) in December 2005 and non-independent director to the Mainstream Integrated Holdings Limited Board of Directors in April 2007. Ms. Cotsakos has served as Co-Founder and Director of Investments for Pennington Ventures, LLC since 1999. Ms. Cotsakos is also among Mainstream Holdings' team of inventors, and
as such, is listed in multiple patent applications covering aspects of
the CoVibe TECH core technology.

Ms. Cotsakos holds a B.F.A. in Motion Pictures and Television from the Academy of Art University (San Francisco, California, 2004) and a B.A. in Theatre Arts from Pepperdine University (Malibu, California, 2001). Ms Cotsakos has been an active member of the Screen Actors Guild (SAG) since 1999.

Ms. Cotsakos is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Cotsakos.

Robert Knowles
Co-Founder and Co-President of Tertiary Productions, LLC

Robert Knowles joined Mainstream Holdings as Senior Web Producer for MOLI in October 2005. Mr. Knowles has been Co-Founder of Tertiary Productions since October 2004 and Co-President of Tertiary Productions since April 2006. Mr. Knowles was also appointed non-independent Director to the MOLI Asia Pte. Ltd. Board of Directors in August 2007.  Mr. Knowles is also among Mainstream Holdings' team of inventors, and
as such, is listed in multiple patent applications covering aspects of
the CoVibe TECH core technology.

Mr. Knowles served as Production Coordinator for Starlight Productions in South Africa (1997 - 1999). Mr. Knowles served as a Producer's Assistant and Coordinator for, among others, a documentary on the formation of a private nature reserve in South Africa, which also included building the Nelson Mandela Center for Reconciliation (1999 - 2004).

As a student, Mr. Knowles wrote and directed several short films and spec commercials. Mr. Knowles also worked on a number of short films as cinematographer.

Mr. Knowles holds a B.F.A. in Motion Pictures and Television with a concentration in directing and cinematography from the Academy of Art University (San Francisco, California, 2004).
