    Thomas A. Bevilacqua was elected to the Board of Directors in November 2004. Mr. Bevilacqua is an independent Director. Mr. Bevilacqua is a member of both the Social Responsibility Committee and the Governance and Nominating Committee.

    Mr. Bevilacqua was appointed Managing Director and Co-Head of the Information Technology Practice Group for VantagePoint Venture Partners in December 2007. With more than $4.0 billion of capital under management, VantagePoint Venture Partners provides creative growth strategies and capital to companies transforming global markets.

    Mr. Bevilacqua co-founded ArrowPath Venture Capital and has served as Managing Partner of the firm since 1997. Mr. Bevilacqua also currently serves on the Boards of Active Reasoning, Innoprise, MetaLincs, Remend, and RouteLogics.

    Prior to ArrowPath, Mr. Bevilacqua served as Executive Vice President of E*TRADE Group, Inc. (1997 - 2003). At E*TRADE, Mr. Bevilacqua held a number of operational roles and was instrumental in establishing the company's successful acquisition and investment strategies.

    Mr. Bevilacqua served as Partner at two of Silicon Valley's leading law firms: Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe and Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison (1981 - 1997), where Mr. Bevilacqua led practice groups targeting the needs of technology start-ups.

    Christos M. Cotsakos, Ph.D. founded Mainstream Holdings and its operating subsidiaries in January 2003. Dr. Cotsakos is Founder, Chairman of the Board of Directors (non-independent Director), Chief Executive Officer, and President of Mainstream Holdings. Dr. Cotsakos also serves on the Executive Committee and is a member of the Board of Directors of MySpace Japan (2007 - present), a Web 2.0 joint venture between News Corporation and Softbank Corporation, a comprehensive digital information company. Dr. Cotsakos played a key role in forming the joint venture between both companies. Dr. Cotsakos is also the Senior Interactive Media and Internet Advisor for News Corporation (2005 - present).

    Dr. Cotsakos co-founded and served as Co-Managing General Partner of ArrowPath Ventures Inc. (1999 - 2003), where the Co-Managing General Partners raised $350 million in venture capital. Dr. Cotsakos served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer (1998 - 2003) and President and Chief Executive Officer (1996 - 1998) of E*TRADE Group, Inc., where he raised $13 million in private equity. Dr. Cotsakos led the company's initial public offering and listed E*TRADE on NASDAQ in August 1996, raising an additional $53 million. He listed E*TRADE on the NYSE in February 2001. Dr. Cotsakos raised an additional $1.5 billion to finance E*TRADE's growth strategy and initiated its global diversification by acquiring 18 companies for over $3 billion. Fortune magazine listed E*TRADE as one of the 10 most admired companies in financial services for the first time in 2002. It was included in both the S&P 500 and the Forbes Super 500 in 2003.

    Dr. Cotsakos has served on the Boards of several public, private, and non-profit companies. Dr. Cotsakos previously served as Global Co-Chief Executive Officer, President, and Chief Operating Officer of AC Nielsen, among other senior executive positions (1993 - 1996). He also served 19 years with the Federal Express Corporation, where he held a number of senior executive positions (1973 - 1992). Dr. Cotsakos has served as Co-Chair of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund and Chairman of its national campaign to build the Vietnam Veterans Education Center in Washington, D.C. since 2005. He also served as Co-Chair of the Capital Campaign at William Paterson University. The Campaign ended in 2006 having successfully raised over $40 million for the University. Dr. Cotsakos was invited to be a Visiting Professor of Economics by the University of London, Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine (2004 - 2006). Dr. Cotsakos is a national best-selling author with his book It's Your Money (HarperCollins, 2000), which has over 275,000 copies in several languages in print worldwide. Dr. Cotsakos is a decorated Vietnam Veteran (1967 - 1968) and was honorably discharged from active military service in 1970. Dr. Cotsakos has received numerous industry, educational, and community-based recognitions and awards throughout his career.

    Dr. Cotsakos holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of London, Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine (London, UK, 2002), an M.B.A. (summa cum laude) from Pepperdine University (Malibu, California, 1983), and a B.A. in Communications (cum laude) from William Paterson University (Wayne, New Jersey, 1973). In May 2001, William Paterson University, one of the nine state colleges and universities in New Jersey, named its business school the Cotsakos College of Business in honor of Dr. Cotsakos.

Mrs. Cotsakos was honored as a Distinguished Alumni by William Paterson University in 2007.

    Mr. Holzman founded Vantis Capital Management LLC, a Los Angeles-based investment advisor, in 2001. The company invests in both public and private equity transactions.

    Prior to founding Vantis, Mr. Holzman was a Managing Partner and Principal Portfolio Manager of the Cypress Fund, LLC. Mr. Holzman joined Cypress in 1983 and became Partner in 1985. He was promoted to Portfolio Manager in 1987, and became the sole Principal Portfolio Manager of U.S. and non-U.S. funds for Cypress in 1995.

    A New Jersey native, Mr. Marcus graduated from Rutgers University (New Brunswick, New Jersey) in 1954 and worked several decades in retail stores and manufacturing companies such as Two Guys, Odell and Handy Dan Home Improvement Centers before co-founding Home Depot with his business partner Ken Langone in 1979.

    An active philanthropist, Mr. Marcus is founder of the Israel Democracy Institute (IDI), a nonpartisan think tank dedicated to Israeli democracy; founder of the Marcus Institute, which provides treatment to children suffering from brain-related illnesses and disorders; and donated $3.9 million to the Atlanta-based Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for the creation of an emergency anthrax response center. Mr. Marcus runs his philanthropic endeavors out of the Marcus Foundation, where he serves as chairman of the board and is personally involved in deciding which organizations receive grants.

    Since retiring from active participation in Home Depot in 2002, Mr. Marcus has focused on the Georgia Aquarium as his most recent and public philanthropic undertaking, donating $200 million to the facility that opened in 2005 as one of the largest aquariums in the world.
