Peter Aronstam, Ph.D. was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President, Shared Services of Mainstream Holdings and its subsidiaries in March 2007. He is also the Financial Officer of Mainstream Integrated Holdings Limited and the Financial Controller of MOLI Asia Pte. Ltd. Dr. Aronstam served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Airspan Networks, Inc., from 2001 to 2007. At Airspan he managed the finance and control functions of the company, which included SEC reporting, negotiation and execution of merger and acquisition agreements, and access to debt and equity markets. He also managed the Investor Relations program, company secretariat and IT and Human Resources departments. During his stay, the company's revenues grew by more than 300%.
Prior to that, Dr. Aronstam spent 17 years at Nortel Networks, where he held various positions of increasing management responsibility, including Vice President, Customer Financing and Treasury, Latin America and Caribbean region (1995 - 1998 and 1999 - 2001); Vice President Sales, Enterprise Products, Latin America and Caribbean region (1998 - 1999); Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis (1994 - 1995); and Vice President and Assistant Treasurer, Treasury Operations (1983 - 1993). Dr. Aronstam served as Assistant Vice President, Corporate Finance for Bank of America Canada (1981 - 1983); Senior Manager, Trade Finance for Bank of Montreal (1978 - 1980); and Lecturer, Faculty of Law at the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa (1974 - 1977).

Judy Balint joined Mainstream Holdings as President and Chief Operating Officer of MOLI in December 2005. Ms. Balint founded Iziz Dezigns, Inc. (dba AtelierAvocado.com), a start-up fashion design company that uses body scanning and 3D imaging technology to create custom fit clothes for women, in 2003. Prior to starting her own company, Ms. Balint served as Chief International Officer for E*TRADE Group, Inc. (1999 - 2001) and was elected to the Board of Directors of E*TRADE in Japan and Australia. Ms. Balint initiated the acquisition of TIR Holdings, a global multi-currency securities trader, and the development of the world's first electronic global trading network for online investors. Ms. Balint started with E*TRADE in 1997 as Senior Vice President, Global Marketing and Strategic Business Development following her recruitment from National Processing Company (NPC), a major player in transaction processing, where she was Senior Vice President, Corporate Marketing (1996 - 1997).
Ms. Balint spent a number of years in senior executive positions with CME-KHBB, a global advertising venture of the Saatchi & Saatchi Group (1992 - 1995), Federal Express (Continental Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, 1987 - 1992), and DHL International (1979 - 1987). Ms. Balint also has extensive management experience in marketing, advertising, sales, customer support, and business development. In addition, Ms. Balint qualified as a registered stockbroker in 1999 and completed a 24-month program in fashion industry studies at the Academy of Art University (San Francisco, California, 2001 - 2003).

Chris Öhlund

Chris Öhlund was appointed Senior Vice President of MOLI EMEA in January 2008. Since 2007, Mr. Öhlund has been an Advisor providing consultation on preparatory work for Mainstream’s Central European market entry. He previously served as Senior Vice President Europe and member of the Management Board for logistic services provider Geodis S.A. in Paris (2005 - 2006); and as Chief Executive Officer of DPD GeoPost (Deutschland) GmbH in Frankfurt (2003 - 2005).
From 1999 – 2003, Mr. Öhlund was associated with a number of internet ventures, serving as Vice President for QXL Ricardo plc in London (2001 - 2003); Vice President Continental EMEA for Gateway Inc. in London (2000 – 2001); and Vice President and General Manager for Webvan Group Inc. in Atlanta (1999 - 2000). Prior to that, he was associated with General Electric Corp. (GE Capital AVIS Fleet Services GmbH) in Frankfurt (1998 - 1999); TNT Express Worldwide in Frankfurt and Amsterdam (1992 - 1997); and Federal Express Corporation in Stockholm, Brussels, and various locations in Germany (1985 – 1992).
Mr. Öhlund holds a bachelor’s degree from Columbia University (New York, NY) and currently serves as Chairman of the Board of ricardo de AG. He was previously a member of the Board of Trustees for the Foundation Deutsche Sporthilfe (2004 -2005), and a charter member of the Atlanta Better Business Bureau (2001 - 2002).

Prior to that, Mr. Ewing served as Chief Information Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and Corporate Senior Vice President, Systems for E*TRADE Group, Inc. (1994 - 1998). There, Mr. Ewing was responsible for the technological direction of the corporation, overseeing all application, operational, and technical aspects of the company's corporate projects. Mr. Ewing was a member of the executive team responsible for taking E*TRADE public. In addition, Mr. Ewing also provided technical insight, guidance, and strategic options to groups as diverse as Al Gore's government technology program in Washington, D.C., the World Economic Forum in Hong Kong, China, and Internet Industry Forums in Beijing, China; Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; London, England; and Paris, France. Robert Knowles

Robert Knowles joined Mainstream Holdings as Senior Web Producer for MOLI in October 2005. Mr. Knowles has been Co-Founder of Tertiary Productions since October 2004 and Co-President of Tertiary Productions since April 2006. Mr. Knowles was also appointed non-independent Director to the MOLI Asia Pte. Ltd. Board of Directors in August 2007. Mr. Knowles is also among Mainstream Holdings' team of inventors, and as such, is listed in multiple patent applications covering aspects of the CoVibe TECH core technology.
Mr. Knowles served as Production Coordinator for Starlight Productions in South Africa (1997 - 1999). Mr. Knowles served as a Producer's Assistant and Coordinator for, among others, a documentary on the formation of a private nature reserve in South Africa, which also included building the Nelson Mandela Center for Reconciliation (1999 - 2004).
As a student, Mr. Knowles wrote and directed several short films and spec commercials. Mr. Knowles also worked on a number of short films as cinematographer.
Mr. Knowles holds a B.F.A. in Motion Pictures and Television with a concentration in directing and cinematography from the Academy of Art University (San Francisco, California, 2004).
