If, for some reason, you are not completely satisfied, you will have a maximum of 30 days to return the product, in it's original packaging along with a completed Refund Exchange Form and Authorization number.  There will be no refunds without prior authorization. 

Just e-mail your request for an authorization number and we will respond ASAP with that number.  Refunds are granted for the price of your product along with sales tax if applicable.  Shipping costs are non-refundable!  Please note that refunds may take up to 30 days to show a credit on your credit card and account.
