1) What is the Ordering Process?

-Pick the items that you want.
-Choose the quantity for each item
-Place your order through the website (your credit card will be charged the full amount.
-Immediately after you place your order, you will be sent a confirmation via email.

-Complete order will ship within about 48 hours.

2) Can I return the item if it is not what I expected?

You can return the item for a full refund (less shipping charges) for any reason if you are not satisfied. We will issue a credit to the credit card you provided.

3) What about shipping?

Addi2ude.com endeavors to ship purchases within 48 hours of receiving your order. Each address you instruct us to ship to, including giftee addresses, is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable shipping charges.

We ship via UPS when you choose the Standard Ground option. We do not ship outside the United States. Delivery schedules are estimated. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing.

Pending order verification and credit approval, orders placed prior to 12:00pm (noon) ET (that are billed to an address that matches the address on file with your credit card company), will arrive as specified below. (Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.)

• Standard Ground: within 7 business days
• Expedited: within 3 business days
• Express: within 2 business days

Rush orders are available. Additional shipping charges may also apply for overnight services. If you have an account with UPS or Federal Express, please give us your account number for billing.

4) What payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Pre-Paid money orders/cashier checks.
Credit cards issued outside of the USA are not accepted.
No COD’s.
