1. Environmental Commercials

I did a handful of environmental commercials for Vacaville and Rohnart Park a few years back. Here are four of them.

    1. Oil Rap:
This song was written by my Dad and Randy Biagi and performed by them and Rob Broadhurst and I. The theme was encouraging people to rectcle their used oil, and appeal to men, we just made it silly and hoped it would work. Note: 4 years after I made it, on my wedding day, My groomsmen went to a bar between my wedding and my reception for drinks while I was getting my pictures taken, and saw it playing on T.V.

    2. Happy Holms: This next one was for recycling, using the yellow bins, so we decided to go with an interior designer because home make-over shows were getting popular. I think it was Terri Biagi who came up with the concept.

    3. Smart Humans: Rohnert Park asked me to do this ad for them to let people know that they now had a can that you could put ALL recyclables in, instead of separating them. I love these three characters.

    4. Dancing Don: By far my most popular commercial, this one focused on TWO points. One was not to dump things down storm drains, and the other was to sweep leaves away from the storm drain. By the time the narrator character (who they had me model after an actual county employee) finished saying everything he needed to say, the commercial was over. There was no romm in the running time for filler or entertainment. So I had Rob Broadhurst sing the script when we were recording it and threw in a lot of silly visuals like a triceratops and it turned out great.
