1) Carry around the same plastic bottle instead of buying a new one each day. Just refill it before you leave the house, at a water fountain, even from the tap.

2) Take your old plastic grocery bags back to the store and re-use them again.

3) Re-use ziplock bags. Sound gross? It's doesn't have to be. If you just put something like crackers in it, just wash it out and use if to put non-food items in for storage. You would be amazed at how many things you can store in ziplock bags.

4) Energy efficient lightbulbs can be expensive, but did you know you that you can get them at the dollar store for cheap? Yep, you would be amazed at what you can get at the dollar store.
