About the Business
What kind of people devote their lives to popcorn?

Everybody loves popcorn. Especially us. But we take it further than anyone else. You could say we're crazy - seriously crazy - about the stuff!

How serious? And just how crazy? Serious enough that we created a company completely devoted to popping the freshest, plumpest, most tender kernels of Indiana's finest corn. And crazy enough that we hired the world's first Popcorn Chef, Ed Doyle, to help us reinvent popcorn.

Our Chef Ed has developed a huge assortment of delicious, irresistible flavors that blend perfectly with the crunchy, munchy texture of sweet and salty popped corn. This is definitely not your average movie house popcorn. Oh, no. This is popcorn to the extreme, popcorn that makes your mouth water, popcorn that silently, wordlessly draws your hand toward the bowl. In other words, this is flavored gourmet popcorn you will remember for a lifetime!

Our gourmet snacks go beyond chocolate popcorn and cheese popcorn (although we do have amazing versions of those gourmet treats). Some of our customer favorites include peanut butter popcorn, caramel popcorn and world-famous kettle corn popcorn. And speaking of customer favorites, Dale and Thomas is proud to be Oprah's favorite popcorn, too! (She's partial to the Chocolate Chunk N' Caramel.)

At Dale and Thomas Popcorn, quality begins from the moment we mix the first ingredients with our fluffy, crunchy popcorn and doesn't end until you receive your order - fresh, fast and on time. When you send a gift of a Dale and Thomas gourmet popcorn tin or other popcorn treat - whether to a friend, family member, client or colleague - we do everything possible to ensure every item we ship arrives in perfect condition.

"A Popcorn Chef?"
cvb20:Q09WSUJFVE3QvylUHPsPYYd2.jpg;
Hi, my name is Ed Doyle, popcorn chef at Dale and Thomas Popcorn. Now, I know what you ’re thinking: "What is a popcorn chef, and why does popcorn need a chef anyway?" Well, let me explain a few things to you.

I am a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America. And even though I worked in some very hip, cosmopolitan restaurants, I really wasn ’t fulfilled. I wanted to do something different. But what?

One night, as I pondered this question (What do you want to be when you grow up?), munching on my favorite snack, it hit me. What if I could improve popcorn? It really comes in only one flavor, not counting those unpalatable versions dusted with barely detectable processed cheese flavoring. Yes, I would revolutionize the humble popped kernel of corn, bringing it to gourmet status. Now that would be worthy of my culinary training.

So I set out to combine the fluffiest popcorn with the world ’s most delectable flavors. White chocolate. Crunchy butter toffee. Creamy peanut butter. Then I found Dale and Thomas Popcorn, a company that shared my passion. We use only the sweetest fresh corn, picked at the height of its flavor, combined with the finest ingredients to develop the best popcorn snacks you’ve ever had.

So try some of my Dale and Thomas Popcorn today. Share it with your friends, workmates and family. And taste just how good popcorn, with a little imagination, really can be.
